Job description

Working closely with the Marketing department, the Digital Customer Manager deploys the Group's digital customer strategy, in particular the digitalization of the customer experience, and ensures its deployment through the implementation of digital projects on all digital levers (website, content creation, contact generation campaign, social networks, e-mailing, promotional campaign, webinar, mobile application...).

The Digital Customer Manager is on all fronts to increase brand awareness and guarantee the quality of its e-reputation in order to generate valuable revenue.

More specifically, your main activities will be as follows:

  • Participate in the construction and drive the deployment of the Group's digital customer strategy, and in particular the digitalization of the customer experience in line with the Group's strategy
  • Deploy the strategy by brand/market/target, taking into account financial, technical and legal constraints
  • Set up a digital and international ecosystem - Manage customer digital agencies
  • Management of customer digital projects: Set up action plans with sales teams, and monitor them to achieve objectives
  • Monitoring key indicators and ROI targets
  • Manage customer digital budgets
  • Creation and updating of web tools and media:
  • Monitoring, updating and optimizing our websites (Text - Photos - Animations - New features)
  • Content writing and animation proposals
  • Analysis of content and site performance, with the creation of dashboards and recommendations for improvement.
  • Deployment and adaptation of our website in the different countries of the Group
  • Traffic generation and monitoring of KPIs with a single goal: to acquire and retain customers with optimum ROI
  • Training and animation of internal teams and customers as required
  • Support for the success of innovations and new products:
  • Launching the right digital media/levers to ensure a successful launch and lasting success.
  • In collaboration with sales management, plan and coordinate the various phases of implementation of new products, technologies and/or services.
  • Set up a multi-channel strategic watch:
  • Identify and monitor emerging trends and dynamics, new needs and behaviors of leads, exploit or carry out market research.
  • Study the external environment: competition, brands, digital channels and preferred communication tools.
  • Analyze products and their internal environment: qualitative feedback from the field, customer experiences and journeys, customer relations data (CRM tool), consistency of digital strategy.
  • Identify business opportunities, ROI levers and target segments.


Profil requested

We are looking for excellent knowledge of digital strategy and contact generation. The candidate must master web techniques and contact generation. The ability to work in project mode and manage cross-functional teams is essential.

The candidate must be trend-savvy and constantly on the lookout, with strong writing and editing skills for content creation in French and English.

In addition, you will be proficient in the following IT tools: Canva, Adobe pack (Photoshop, Indesign, After effects...), Mailchimp, CMS, CRM HUBSPOT, DMP, Marketing automation, web platform or language.

Very good level of English required
