What is your job and how long have you been with DEMGY?
I'm a junior project manager with the company. I joined the company a year ago on a permanent contract, after spending three years with the company on a sandwich course (BTS and licence). My career path was marked by an excellent experience during my work-study period, which encouraged me to accept the offer to join the company after obtaining my engineering degree.
What's the best thing about working here?
One of the most rewarding aspects of working here is the opportunity to collaborate with many people from different departments, such as metrology and quality. This provides a rich and varied perspective on the projects we undertake.
What's your typical day like at DEMGY?
A typical day in my team starts with an activity update to assess the progress of current projects. Then we review customer needs and expectations, as well as coordination with various departments, both internal and external. As a junior project manager, I'm involved in the project from A to Z, which means I have to work closely with many different stakeholders to ensure the development runs smoothly.
What do you like about your job?
What I like most about my job is the opportunity to contribute to the creation and design of innovative tooling. It's a field with a continuous learning curve, and I get to see and learn a lot every day.
If you had to describe DEMGY in 3 words?
