Tool and die maker (M/F)

Job description

Reporting to the Development Department Manager, your main task will be to carry out mechanical adjustments.

More specifically, you will be in charge of:

• Assemble and adjust new tooling
• Adjust and modify molds or cavities
• Diagnose malfunctions
• Check the conformity and quality of tooling (geometric and functional control)
• Analyze definition and manufacturing data and documents,
• Create tooling maintenance sheets and ensure they are regularly updated.
• Determine the various stages of tool manufacturing for your machining colleagues, and choose the means and order of operations.
• Prepare and organize the workstation in compliance with safety rules.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the machine shop.
• Ensure the cleanliness of tools and peripherals (gripping hands, preparation stations, etc.).
• Work closely with the design office (contribute your experience, pass on and document information).

Remuneration according to profile and experience (fixed + variable + profit-sharing)

Profil requested

You have successful experience in mechanical fitting and injection tooling.

Rigorous, methodical and with good analytical skills, you also enjoy meticulous work, precision and teamwork.
