What we expect from you :

✔️ Confirmed training: CQPM / Bac pro machining / BTS Machining of all levels of experience in NC turning or milling.

✔️ Technical skills: blueprint reading, ISO programming, cutting tool selection and machine set-up.

Job description

Exciting tasks :

• Design machining programs and/or modify existing ones
• Produce parts on numerically controlled machines (MAZAK)
• Assemble and adjust machining tools
• Inspect parts and detect malfunctions
• Carry out 1st level maintenance on machines
• Ensure and apply production control/self-control procedures
• Detect and anticipate technical malfunctions based on monitoring records, surveillance plans and machine self-diagnostics
• Analyze detected faults and correct them within his or her area of expertise. Report technical problems (by writing up work orders)
• Listen and provide technical support to operators on the various machines
• Compile production and quality indicators for his/her area of responsibility

Full-day position / 38.5-hour schedule Monday to Friday 11:45 a.m.
