Job description

As Manufacturing Quality Manager, you will supervise a team of 8 controllers, with the mission of maintaining internal quality in line with objectives. You will also be responsible for resolving internal and external customer complaints using 8D analysis. In addition, you will supervise internal non-conformities while ensuring quality validation of manufacturing orders.

Your responsibilities :

• Lead and direct the team of controllers
• Impart the methods and mindset of quality and continuous improvement
• Participate in the improvement of manufacturing processes, production organization and production equipment.
• Takes direct responsibility for one or more sectors of the site: organizes and leads problem-solving in the sector(s) concerned.
• Coordinate all the company's Quality Manufacturing conservation, corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure the proper management of internal non-conformities
• Report to the site Quality Manager on actions in progress
• Ensure the versatility of the team required for the smooth running of the department
• Ensures or carries out (depending on the sector concerned) external communication (mainly handling customer complaints and supplier non-conformities), and oversees the proper management of NCC/NCF.
• Guarantee the quality of responses to customers
• Guarantee product quality throughout the process, from receipt to delivery
