Job description
Are you looking for a work-study program in the injection molding industry? We've got just what you're looking for.
As part of your work-study contract, you'll be trained and supervised by our injection molding experts to develop the skills needed to work on our industrial equipment.
Under the supervision of the team leader, your main tasks will be to carry out production changeovers and ensure that the machines are running smoothly, in line with the safety, quality and productivity standards set by management and quality procedures.
To this end, you will be responsible for :
- Ensure that production orders run smoothly, following the instructions of the manager
- Assemble and adjust tooling related to the manufacturing process
- Detect and anticipate technical and organizational malfunctions, using monitoring records, surveillance plans and machine self-diagnostics.
- Once corrective measures have been implemented, report on technical and organizational problems to his/her manager (make proposals for resolving these problems).
- Inform technicians of technical problems (by writing up work orders).
This experience will enable you to acquire the following skills:
- Operating and setting up Engel, Ferromatik and Arburg injection molding machines
- Operating and launching Sepro, Wittman and Staubli robots
- Handling of injection-specific peripherals (colorator, thermoregulator, desiccator, robot, rework machine, etc.).
