Job description

Are you looking for a work-study program in tool maintenance? We've got just what you're looking for.

As part of your work-study contract, you'll be trained and supervised by our injection molding experts to develop the skills needed to work on our industrial equipment.

Under the supervision of the Injection Manager, your main tasks will be to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations on injection molds, and to resolve defect problems on thermoplastic parts by proposing and implementing corrective measures on the tooling.

To this end, you will be responsible for :

• After research and analysis, implement corrective maintenance operations on molds
• Draw up a preventive maintenance schedule based on the production schedule
• Carry out preventive maintenance operations according to the manufacturing schedule
• Perform versioning operations on molds
• Diagnose tooling malfunctions on presses and intervene directly on presses
• Check mold spare parts stock and request replenishment
• Validate maintenance documents and versioning sheets

This experience will enable you to acquire the following skills:

• Shutdown and restart of injection molding machines (Engel, Ferromatik, Arburg) robotized by Sepro, Wittmann, Staubli
• Use of cryogenic and ultrasonic cleaning machines
• Complete dismantling and reassembly of thermoplastic injection tools
