• You are a BTS CG (accounting and management) or BTS PME (small business management) student looking for a work-study placement to develop your skills in this field?
• You are comfortable using IT tools (especially Excel), you have a basic understanding of accounting (chart of accounts, debit/credit, receivables/payables, etc.) and you have already completed an internship or other experience in an administrative and accounting department?
• You are a rigorous person, with a sense of respect for instructions, an aptitude for teamwork and an ability to report transparently and accurately?

Job description

Are you looking for a work-study program in accounting? We've got just what you're looking for.

As part of your work-study contract, you'll be trained and supervised by our chartered accountants.

Your main tasks will be to support DEMGY Atlantique's accounting department in its day-to-day work, and to participate in the activities of other departments (sales, logistics, etc.).

You will be responsible for : (non-exhaustive and evolving list)

• Intégration des factures d'achats et des factures de ventes
• Help with supplier follow-up, including administrative reminders
• Cash and factor entry + third-party account lettering
• Help with the revision of the accounting file (copies, follow-up of excel tables...)
