I've been with the company for 30 years now, having joined the team at the start of my career, when the company had a different name.
What is your job and how long have you been with DEMGY?
I'm in charge of the company's Tool Workshop. My main role is to organize the modification or repair of tools for our production and project departments, as well as the creation of new tooling for our Research and Development department. What's the best thing about working here?
What makes this job so exciting is the diversity of the projects and products we deal with. Our company operates in a range of different sectors, such as automotive, luxury luggage, sports and leisure, among others. Every day brings its share of stimulating challenges and the chance to work on unique projects.
What's your typical day like at DEMGY?
A typical day in my team is all about organization. We have to deal with the frequent vagaries of tool repairs, which means we have to be flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. This requires good coordination to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
What do you love about your job?
What I enjoy most about my job is the satisfaction of contributing to innovative projects and seeing the final products take shape thanks to our hard work. The company offers a working environment where initiative is valued, allowing everyone to flourish in their role.
If you had to describe DEMGY in 3 words?
If I had to sum up our company in three words, I'd say "Diversity" because of the multitude of business sectors we cover, "Human" because of the feeling of listening, consideration and closeness to employees, and finally "Stimulating" because of the constant challenges and learning opportunities.
