What's your career path at DEMGY?

I started on the production floor running machines to make plastic molded parts, then moved onto the warehouse doing picking packing and inventory, and currently I am in shipping/ receiving.

Can you explain your profession?

As shippers our job is to ship quality parts out to our customers on time, ensuring proper documentation are provided and meets Shipment Compliances.
As warehouse associate, we are Receiving parts in from other departments, making sure parts have the proper documentations, doing a quick visual assessment of the overall appearance of parts and question any irregularities, check that quantities are verified and correctly documented in inventory

What do you like about your job ?

I am constantly moving there is always something to do whether it means meeting the daily deadlines or being proactive about preparing for daily tasks, My position constantly challenges me to think of ways to be more efficient

Lead always with integrity because doing the right thing matters, be accountable because mistakes don't go away and if we can learn from them, we are better for it, Attendance is super important and showing up to work should be a priority, everything after that can be learned then its up to each individual to shine
