I was originally hired as a Molding Operator, but within my probationary period, I was already training in the CNC department. This progression is a testament to the development opportunities available here. I also plan to join the Apprenticeship program to further enhance my skills and experience.

The culture at DEMGY is unique; from top to bottom, everyone is hands-on and committed to our common goal of producing the highest quality work. A typical workday here is filled with continuous learning, strong leadership from management, and excellence in manufacturing.
