Injection Molding Setter (F/M)

Perfil requerido

Minimum training Bac Pro or BTS in plastics processing with 1st experience in plastics processing desirable.

Knowledge of technologies used in plastics processing.

Working for our subsidiary based in Frasne (25), and reporting to the Production department, the Injection setter's mission is to ensure that the machines are running smoothly and that reference changes are carried out under conditions of safety, quality and productivity.

As such, you will be responsible for the following activities in particular:

• Set up presses and peripherals,
• Start up production, intervene in the event of drifts or malfunctions,
• Carry out production changeovers (assembly of molds and peripherals and related workstations),
• Implement and/or program robots,
• Program sensors and control cameras,
• Implement and monitor first production runs,
• Test new tooling and processes (determine parameters and procedures for series production),
• Detect, anticipate and analyze technical and organizational malfunctions based on monitoring records, surveillance plans and machine self-diagnostics,
• Listen and provide technical support to operators on the various machines,
• Respect and ensure respect for Good Manufacturing Practices,
• Apply and enforce order, tidiness and cleanliness within its perimeter.

Working hours 3x8, or 2x8 or night depending on personal arrangements to be discussed, Monday to Friday.

Remuneration to be agreed according to profile and experience.
