With an engineering degree or doctorate in Mechanics, Materials, Composites or Innovative Processes, you are familiar with project management methods and enjoy technical challenges.

• ou have at least 3 years' experience in an equivalent position.
• Optimism, pro-activity and good communication skills are expected in this position.
• You are fluent in English (minimum B2), so that you can travel abroad and communicate (especially orally) with our foreign suppliers and customers.

Jobbeschreibung

Reporting to the Research & Development department of our DEMGY ATLANTIQUE subsidiary, you will manage projects from the low TRL1 maturity level (basic principle formulated by the customer and DEMGY) to the TRL5 maturity level (component validation in a representative environment). You will be responsible for protecting the industrial property generated by DEMGY, and thus for increasing the "consumer goods" market.

More specifically, you will be responsible for (list exhaustive and evolving according to the aspirations/skills of the successful candidate)

• Maintain customer relations (travel, weekly meetings with the innovation department + the production-workshop department, feedback of customer information to the factory).
• Represent DEMGY and defend its interests with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support and manage R&D product/process/tooling projects in the field of low-maturity thermoplastic matrix composites: re-formulation of the customer designer's wishes, proposal of product concepts in line with expectations, verification of manufacturing feasibility with composites experts, proposal of project schedule, identification of technological obstacles to be overcome.
• Ensure project management: plan development tests, request modifications to tooling or incoming materials, monitor budget/schedule, guarantee the quality of prototypes sent to the customer.
• Support the department manager in drawing up budget offers for PoCs requested by the customer
• Maintain an up-to-date scientific and technological database in connection with its projects
• Write and update project feedback files
• Participate in project industrialization (increase in maturity level from TRL6 to TRL9)
• Participate in the identification and drafting of industrial property protection documents.

Executive status on a fixed day rate with remuneration according to profile and experience (fixed salary and 13th month + variable on objectives + profit-sharing)
