What is your career path at DEMGY ?

I joined DEMGY as a Methods Technician from 2000 to 2020, then as Production Manager from 2020 to 2022, then as Technical Manager for machining (industrialization).
I joined Dedienne in 2000 as a Methods Technician, and held this position for 20 years, during which time I acquired knowledge and skills in the business and, of course, in the DEMGY culture.
Following the retirement of the Production Manager in 2020, I'm taking on his replacement, combining his 42 years of seniority at DEMGY with today's industrial evolution. I held this position for 2 years, but probably for lack of my initial job within the company, I switched to Julien, my site representative partner, who was Technical Manager at the time.

What is your job ? 

Today, with the retirement of several of our former employees, we are filling everyone's tasks as best we can. 
The list is not really defined, but my main tasks are : 
Production range editing and launch of manufacturing orders for known products, and especially for new products whose feasibility and industrialization must be studied. CAM programming of 2 to 5-axis CNC machines.
Laser marking, closing and digital archiving of manufacturing orders after production. I also keep abreast of new industrial technologies.

How would you describe the company's culture ? 

What I can say about my experience at DEMGY Clamart is that it's based on trust, the transmission of knowledge and adaptation to market changes.

What's the best thing about working at DEMGY ? 

The manufacture of technical parts for a wide variety of sectors, including aeronautics, defense, medical and now space.
Of course, I've benefited from training courses tailored to my needs, to keep up with and understand all the issues involved.
